We design a personal exercise program that progresses as you start to feel better. From your history and our evaluation we will determine what stage of rehabilitation your injured tissues are in: Early Acute Inflamed or , Early to Late Repair or, Early to Late Remodeling or, Early to Late Neuromuscular Re-education.

This is the key to a proper rehabilitation exercise program: Don’t ask the ‘infant’ to get up and walk and don’t tell the recovered muscle of an athlete to hold back!!
