Hikers Gather!

Get yourself in shape for this hiking season while supporting the Alzheimer’s Association’s Longest Day Event!

Dee Physical Therapy is offering a conditioning and injury prevention class to prepare you to hike longer, ascend higher, and prepare your body for the upcoming trekking season.

This program consists of two one-hour classes instructed by Dr. Timothy Gould, PT, focusing on stretching, strengthening, and endurance training specific to the physical demands of hiking and backpacking.

All proceeds benefit Team Moving Mountains for a Cure, who is hiking to raise funds and awareness for the Alzheimer’s Association on The Longest Day; a sunrise to sunset event to honor the strength, passion and endurance of those facing Alzheimer’s disease. To learn more, hike with us, or make a donation, please visit alz.org/tld and search Moving Mountains for a Cure.
