Courtney Kaup is a Physical Therapist who has been practicing in Outpatient orthopedics since 2005. She earned her DPT from University of Colorado Health Sciences in 2004 and relocated to Vermont in 2007.
Courtney has worked with youth, recreational, and elite endurance athletes. She also has in-depth experience and a passion for patients who have been diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. Her treatment style combines manual therapy techniques, including Integrative Dry Needling and the Graston Technique, with progressive exercises. She takes an individualized approach to promote a patient’s return to function without limitations.
When she is not practicing as a PT, you can find Courtney on pavement and trails; swimming, biking, running, hiking, paddling, skiing. She competes in both Ironman and Xterra triathlons. To balance work and play, Courtney also spends time volunteering for local organizations such as GMARA, St. Michael’s College Softball, and Special Olympics.
