Rachael is a native Vermonter who attended the University of Vermont as an undergraduate where she studied Exercise and Movement Science. She then continued at UVM where she earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in May of 2017.

She has special interests in orthopedic and sports related injuries as well as the continuum of care throughout the lifespan. She enjoys working with children and additionally has interests in balance training, decreasing fall risks in elderly, and helping individuals feel better equipped to self-manage their pain and disability. She uses her positive attitude to help motivate individuals and make exercise a fun and entertaining part of their day.

Outside of work Rachael enjoys baking, hiking, and spending time with her family. And in the spring you can find her helping to make that sweet Vermont liquid gold at her family’s maple sugarworks.
