Runners Get Ready


A 20 minute exercise routine to develop and maintain the muscles key to strong running.

This routine is designed by physical therapists that treat runners and are runners.


Three convenient locations and times:

Monday and Friday: 3/27 & 3/31, 4/3 & 4/7



*DEEPT @ The Shelburne Fieldhouse


Tuesday and Thursday:  3/28 &  3/30, 4/4 & 4/6



*DEEPT Hinesburg: 52 Farmall Drive
