Bennett Dee

Bennett is a local Vermonter, born in Burlington and raised in Charlotte. He graduated from Champlain Valley Union High School in 2008, earning the accolade of Lacrosse All American and was honored with an invitation to represent the North Region in USA’s 2008 National Senior Showcase Tournament in Chicago.

Bennett attended and played defense at Onondaga Community College from 2008-2009. That year the Lazers won 16 games propelling them to an undefeated championship season. The following season Bennett discovered a new found appreciation for Physical Therapy when he sustained a season ending ACL injury. His rehabilitation and education lead him to Long Island University Post to study Nutrition and play DII Lacrosse for two years with the Pioneers. In 2013 Bennett returned home to finish his Degree in Nutrition at the University of Vermont.

He currently lives in Shelburne where he still plays lacrosse recreationally. He also enjoys hiking, kayaking, skiing.
